Food Production Sanitation - Ephrata PA
Position: Sanitation Associate
Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Position Summary
The Sanitation Associate is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, production line equipment, warehouse areas, and offices to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food-production environment.
Essential Duties
Wash and sanitize production surfaces and equipment, including interior and exterior areas.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning and sanitation.
Clean production lines and surrounding work areas.
Maintain clean and sanitary warehouse and office areas.
Empty trash and maintain proper waste removal.
Clean and maintain handwashing stations and sanitation areas.
Follow all company sanitation procedures and food-safety requirements.
Complete daily Sanitation SOP documentation and record any corrective actions required.
Follow all required safety and sanitation practices.
Must have reliable transportation and meet pre-hire requirements.
