Client Services Manager-Allentonw/Bethlehem

Sovereign, a leader in facility cleaning and contract commercial cleaning, is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager for the Allentown/Bethlehem area.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of current management experience, directly supervising 20+ employees, with related experience in EVS, hospitality, facility cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field.

You'll own a regional territory spanning approximately 40–50 miles between client accounts, oversee service quality across multiple sites, conduct meaningful site walkthroughs and inspections, and make sure your teams have everything they need to perform at a high level every day.

This position requires a high degree of flexibility with work hours, including evening coverage, as many client facilities are serviced after normal business hours.

This role is for a natural leader — someone who can juggle multiple priorities, make quick decisions, take pride in a job well done, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

Supervise 20+ offsite cleaning associates across multiple Pennsylvania client sites.

Conduct site walkthroughs, customer check-ins, and quality inspections.

Schedule staff coverage, including last-minute fills and short-notice changes.

Apply progressive discipline and counsel employees according to company policy.

Coordinate inventory, safety training, and security clearances.

Serve as the first point of contact when clients have questions or concerns.

Train, mentor, and work alongside cleaning staff when needed.

Monitor service quality and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of CURRENT management experience in housekeeping, facility cleaning, floor care, janitorial services, EVS, hospitality, or a related field.

Must have recent, active management experience in the industry.

Direct supervision of 20+ employees in your most recent management position.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to make sound decisions and respond quickly under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working directly with clients and handling customer concerns.

Computer literate, including email, scheduling systems, and basic reporting.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Ability to obtain required client-site security clearances.

Valid driver's license and reliable driving history.
